I’m a 42 year old student with 3 kids I’m looking for a room to rent my kids are very well trained and respectful and quiet. Need a place to stay for a few months. I’m from Pasadena CA my parents house got burnt down in the fire, so I came to Riverside to stay with a friend and I feel that it is time for me to look for a place for me and my 3 girls , I do not work any more I have cancer but paying my rent would not be a problem at all
