Looking for a place to rent with 1000 budget would love to keep my cat with me. He is friendly fixed clean, he can stay in just my room if needed. I am starting over on paper I’m not the best I don’t have great credit an one eviction under me from 3 years ago I would rather be upfront and honest to not waste time respectfully, I just turned 40 and going thru a divorce and looking for peace and a place to call safe and home
