I am looking for a very specific rental. I need a private room, master bedroom is preferred and a private bathroom. A mother in law suite, studio, guesthouse or pool house may work for me too. Property must have a pool or access to a community pool for use. Must be ok with a small service dog. Professional dog training, friendly, and gets along with other dogs, cats, and is wonderful with children. I do clean up after my dog each and every time they go potty. No worries about any damage. The dog does leave the house with me when I am gone so there will not be any barking or whining. I am mature and responsible. I do not smoke, drink, or do any drugs. Clean background. I am very clean and quiet. I don’t cook every day, but when I do I clean up immediately. I can’t live in a house with bugs. I don’t mind doing extra cleaning for common spaces because I am home all day. I can give you a break if you are working all day. I want a long-term rental with a good relationship with all the people who are in the house. I am respectful and seeking the same. I pay my bills on time, and rent will be set up for autopay, so it will be paid on time every month. Would consider a little higher rent for the right place, must be a fair market rate. I am not going to pay $1300+ for a $750 rental.
