Lady, 48, Looking for a furnished room, with private bathroom, parking spot, wifi, shared kitchen with appliances, and shared laundry room. A house of only girls/ladies. My preferred environment: non party, non smoking, non drinking, no overnight male visitors. I will live with my cat. My kids (21 & 19yr) will be visiting as guests once 2 weeks.
