Hi! My name is Chris (he/him), I’m 28, work full-time at a remote job (but tend to leave the house for my workdays) and am an avid skier/paddleboarder/hiker/generally outdoorsy guy.

My average day is spent out of the house; if I’m working then I tend to either go to a coworking space or a coffee shop, and if I’m not working I’m outside doing one of my many hobbies! My cooking schedule tends to be meal prep-style, where I do a lot of cooking in one night to make food that lasts me a couple days after.

As for what living with me looks like day-to-day: I always clean up after myself and make sure shared spaces are tidy, especially on cooking nights, but I’m not someone who needs the house to be spotless at all times. I keep pretty normal waking hours, getting up between 6 and 8 and going to bed between 9:30 and midnight pretty much every night. I don’t have pets myself, but am great with animals of all kinds and really enjoy living with them! I currently live with two cats and love them. I’m also always happy to have roommates’ friends or guests around.

My ideal living situation is with others who are around the same age (late 20s - late 30s), are friendly and share mutual interests, and have a desire to spend some time together around the house but live separate lives outside of rooming together. I currently live in Wallingford and enjoy the area but am most interested in finding a good fit with roommates/housemates for shared living moving forward, regardless of where that is in the city.
