I am a single father. I am buying time till I return to my house that is being re-built. I have to boys who are sweethearts and are very good. I have them on my days off so they might spend the night 3 nights out of the week but I am very considerate and they are not loud and go to bed early and are super chill. They love people and they are 5 and 11 right now. I work hard and I am just saving up for my boys. I am a beach guy I work down in Newport Beach. Im up at 7am and return at about 7 pm. I just need a place to stay for the next 11 months I can be comfortable and I like to be clean. I am very easy going and I can fix almost anything because that is my job and I am good at it. (appliances, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, tile, drywall, jack of all trades.) I get along with everyone and I am reliable and trustworthy. I enjoy people and I hope that I may get a chance to know you and be part of your household for sometime if I am so lucky.
