I’m a 59-year-old professional GWM looking to rent a room in the Richmond area. I work full-time, including some weekends, so I keep a steady and low-key routine. I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and easy to get along with, and I value a peaceful, comfortable home environment. I’m a good conversationalist but also appreciate personal space. I’m recently separated but remain on good terms with my husband. I don’t have pets currently, though I’m an animal lover and had a beloved dog for many years. I’ve lived in Richmond before, spent over 30 years away, and returned in 2018 to be closer to family after selling my home in Florida.
