Hi all! I’m Erin, 36yo NB (she/they).

Room needs:

• Cat friendly (one playful kitten, good with other animals)
• Private bathroom (ok if it’s the guest bath for occasional visitors)
• Laundry in unit or very close by
• Easy street parking or a guaranteed spot (tiny car)

Me: Homebody, solo poly, work from home as a paralegal. Active in the kink community. 420 friendly but don’t partake often; smoke a few cigs a day but always outside. Enjoy beer and wine but not heavy drinking. Love horror movies, prestige TV, video games, cooking… Very consistent and responsible with bills, good tenant, have lived at each of my places for several years. Only moving now due to divorce, boooo.

You: Mainly I’m hoping for people I feel safe around. I would appreciate quiet folks (I’m a big napper) but weekly social events would be fine and fun! Happy to participate in a communal household, but I’ll likely keep to myself for the most part. I’ll want to have one guest at a time / occasional sleepovers, but I doubt I’ll be hosting any events.
