Hello!

My name is Lavinia! I’m 26 years old, and born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah! Looking to move to St. George here in the next couple of months, with 2-4 to be exact! 😄

I’m super organized and clean, and love to cook and eat from home almost everyday! :) I always clean up after myself and am respectful of shared spaces! I will be busy with work, hobbies, and leisure (will be moving to St. George for the first time, so am excited to explore the growing city, am welcome to any joiners!) I was a student of the arts in high school and college so I play music! :) I am very respectful of noises! I ABSOLUTELY plan on finding studios for me to participate in this! And no worries about me making noise past hours or any absurd time during the day and such! 💛 earlier sleeper! lol and love be outdoors! ;)
