I work for a pest control company so I’ll have no problems helping with the removal of unwanted pests, of all species

Lived on the family farm/land all my life so this will be my first time renting. I’m flexible and accommodating though, just need a bit of patience while I learn the ropes here.

A quiet and clean guy who’s good with my hands. I leave a place cleaner than I entered and don’t mind housework, find it soothing even.

Pretty much always willing to help, but not very social. Will speak when spoken to though and feel free to call me out on any rudeness; never intended and will be corrected. Communication is key.

I’m In need of a room/private space to rest and collect myself when I’m not out working or spending time with friends. A bit short notice for me as life threw a wrench in my plans recently, but I’m confident all I need is a room to get everything back on track.

Boundaries are important, I’ll honor y’all’s and expect nothing less in return.

Any questions feel free to ask. I take direct communication well, don’t offend easily, and will take the time to listen/understand to the best of my ability.
