My name is Chris im 33 years old. Im a full time mechanic and do side work so I would not be at home too much other than to shower and sleep lol. I keep to myself when im at home mostly just playing video games or tinkering with my own cars. im very quiet you would never even know im there lol. i do smoke but not in the house is no issue whatsoever. I have a 3 year old son who would come visit with me maybe once a week or so. but is very well mannered and behaves. I make great money so paying rent isnt or will never be a problem at all. I would be happy to help with any like lawn care any kind of maintenance or anything around the house that needs to be done as well.
