Hi. I am looking for a (hopefully furnished) room for rent or separate living quarters for me and my two cats. I’d like a private bathroom or am willing to share as well as in the cleaning duties. I need access to a kitchen and am looking for a working washer and dryer. Preferably, no holes into the home where rodents may enter. No fleas, flies, or any other pest problems. Private entrance is ideal, although, so long as I am not to disturb roomies and vice versa is fine.
