Just looking for stable housing! I work a very consistent schedule as a morning barista, and have a pretty strict personal routine I seldom deviate from. I mainly keep to myself and operate pretty independently, but also can be sociable and value a sense of community. I am a Eugene native and am quite familiar with the area. I don’t smoke or drink but have no issues being around it. Same with pets- I don’t have any of my own but don’t mind at all if you do!
