I’m 30, working remotely, and relocating to the Carrboro/Chapel Hill area, though I’m also considering San Diego depending on how things shake out work-wise. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t currently have a dog but would love to get one down the line, so pet-friendly situations are a plus. I keep a pretty active routine with fitness classes and getting outdoors, and I’m generally quiet at home. No strong preferences on roommate age, gender, or lifestyle. Just looking for a chill, respectful living situation with someone who values their space as much as I value mine.
