I’m looking for a Private room in a 2B2B in the Coppell/Farmer’s Branch/Valley Ranch TX areas. I’m also open to teaming up with a potential roommate and looking at properties (I have one in mind already).

A little about me- I have a stable hybrid work schedule. I’ll be working from home every alternate weeks. I’m pretty low-key and keep to myself. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen. I’m into coffee and have a solid espresso setup, so I’d need a bit of dedicated counter space for that. I usually meal prep once or twice a week, so I won’t be using the kitchen much day-to-day except for breakfast.
