I have a house on first ave and grant with 3 rooms up for grabs. if we can get all rooms filled, rent would go down to $525 plus utilities. we have a fenced back yard, a fire pit and deck, and i have a workshop back there as well. house is already 75% furnished, washer and dryer in unit, 2 fridges, bowl smoker, and not looking for any men. there is a dog here, but she is the sweetest thing on earth. would accept other pets, given they get along. my current lease is up in august, i am looking for people to stay with me until then and possibly extend longer.
