I’m a pretty laid back guy looking for a basement room, efficiency, or Master bedroom with a bathroom. I have been running my own small business for 38 years. I am quiet and usually out with a client, working on my computer on my clients’ websites & marketing, watching TV, or jogging outside. It is a rare occasion when someone comes over, but once in a blue moon, it is possible. I don’t have any pets at this time, but I do love dogs and cats. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I am looking for a non-smoking environment. I am comfortable around any age group or ethnicity.
