Hello, my name is Jesper and I am looking for a private room preferable with utilities included. I work with designers and furniture retailers which takes me all over the southland as well as some domestic travel, and do I have days where I work from Home. I value a calm, comfortable living environment and I’m hoping to find a place with like-minded housemates and a stable, safe setup. I would like to think, I am easy to get a long with a witty sense of humor and good conversationalist. Cooking would be limited to the microwave and the oven for an occasional pizza.
