Hi, I’m Jessica. I work full-time in healthcare and keep a steady, reliable schedule. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m easy to get along with but mostly keep to myself.

I’ll be living with my daughter as well. We’re both respectful, keep things tidy, and value a peaceful environment.

I also have two well-behaved cats who are calm, litter-trained, and stay in our space.

I’m responsible with bills and communication, and I’m looking for a safe, stable place to stay. I’m hoping to move in as soon as possible and can pay consistently.
