I need to live somewhere quiet, with quiet roommates.

A “team up” is probably necessary (finding people to find a new place with). I have a lot of furniture, basically for a whole apartment. I can even furnish a second room if someone wants that.

I also want a roommate who’s honest, and clean, and self-sufficient. I’ve had a lot of roommates who can’t even figure out how to change a trash bag correctly, and it’s stressful to be around that every day.
