Kona

Hi! My name is Kona! :3 I have a partner as well named Kino who would be moving with me.

I’m escaping TN and making the move to the Willamette Valley to live in a place I’ve always dreamed of. (Also a state that’s safer for me. That too. Big time.) Upstate NY is also an option.

I’m transfem, goth, a musician (don’t worry I wear headphones 90% of the time), am pretty handy around the house , and I am a former personal chef. (I love to cook for people!) Currently working in my field of about a decade in corporate sales, so I work from home and generally need a dedicated area to host meetings and calls. LGBTQ+ preferred.

I am very clean, fair minded, and easy going.

I am locked into my current lease until end of January 2027, as I couldn’t find a place in OR for my prior timeline to leave.

I have a very sweet, small, fixed, very codependent, always uses the litter box, mildly mischievous tortie cat named Noogit. She is up to date on shots, and is ESA certified with documentation. If you give her pats on the butt and a bite of a ritz cracker she will love you forever.

My Pros: I come pre-packaged with a megaton of media. Movies, videogames, books, and music that I am happy to share as long as you’re respectful of it. I have multiple tvs, and can put one in the common room ( or wherever) if it needs one. I have semi-professional cookware and utensils, a sous vide, micro deep fryer, tako yaki machine, etc. I love art in all forms and will rarely turn down an art or crafting buddy. I don’t smell bad. I do often smell of a gentle floral perfume. Will leave you baked goods on the counter. Will do my fair share of chores. I’m not bothered by doing gross stuff like taking out trash, cleaning sink/garbage disposal, catching bugs to put back outside, etc.

My Cons: I do remote phone sales, so I’m home pretty much all the time for work during Weekdays. Might be tiresome for some people to have a roomie who’s generally always home. I also sell cards and retro games on Ebay and do occasional voice work. (I am also looking for alternative work since the job I have now is several steps down from my previous one.)

I like shopping, a lot, and tend to come home with lots of clothes, snacks, and stuffed animals 🥺

I can laugh kinda loud. I stay up pretty late sometimes, so I may get a bowl of cereal at like 2am on occasion. I prefer to spend time with friends or with my partner so I like to have someone over most of the time. Obviously not without notice or general discussion, unless otherwise implied.
