Hi! I’m a 34-year-old school counselor looking for a peaceful, neuro-accepting sanctuary. I’m kind, respectful, and tidy. When I’m not working, I’m doing all the CO things—running, biking, hiking, and camping.

I’m looking for a 6-12 month lease starting in June (I can be flexible on dates, but hoping on or before June 15th!). I work a high-stress job, so I value a relatively quiet home to decompress in the evenings. I’m a social person and sometimes get home late, but I’m practiced at being ‘quiet as a mouse’ to respect my housemates’ sleep!

I thrive on a shared system for household chores (apps or shared notes work best for my brain). Also, I LOVE animals and would prefer to live with at least one or two (I don’t currently have any of my own)—I’m also an experienced sitter and am happy to help with your dogs or cats for daily tasks like feeding or letting them out.
