I am a clean + organized person. Im independent in everything I do which includes using only the stuff that I own/buy, as well as just minding my own. I’d expect the same mutual respect:) I usually work and stay home, so there won’t be much going on in any common areas/my living space. My cat Eli is super sweet, she loves on everyone and is house/litter box trained. I can keep her in the space I will be in if against her being in any common areas (Not a large deal at all).
