I work in the high-tech (computer) field remotely. Just need a reliable internet connection and some quietness during normal work hours. I don’t smoke, I don’t vape, and I have no pets. I am clean, quiet, and physically active (I prefer outdoor activities.)

I own several real estate properties, and I am an active landlord. I want to live in the Vancouver, WA area (and rent a room) primarily to supervise the construction/renovation of one of my properties nearby. Overall, I am also trying to downsize and occupy a room in a shared home instead of occupying a whole house myself. I am open to a short-term lease or long-term lease (if the living arrangement is a good fit for all involved)

I do have a one-year-old baby girl who lives with me and goes wherever I go. She is in full-time daycare M-F. She is quiet, friendly, and curious about everything. (She sleeps through the nights, although sometimes, before we go to bed or in the morning, she cries to get my attention.) As an option (extra income for you, I would be willing to pay for babysitting or childcare for occasional business trips when I travel.
