To start off , I need a dog friendly place. I’m a 63 yr old woman on SSD looking for a room to rent or some kind of switch for paying lower rent. This could mean taking care of someone or babysitting a house for someone (no messy stuff) etc. I’m usually a private person but do like to socialize also. My last place I lived for 17 yrs and my landlord passed away just recently so had to find something else within a month. I had someone find this apartment for me but the rent is entirely too much and I’m sinking in a hole further and further every month. I used to have GREAT credit until I moved here and it’s only been 3 months. My dog is a long haired Chihuahua (not real long like most.of them) but is a sweetheart but does tend to bark a bit (never has bitten anyone). Would prefer a fenced yard for her. Unfortunately since I’m on disability, I’ll need a lower income place but there is an advantage to that and it’s a guaranteed rent on the 1st of every month I’m a clean person and I’m also a type of person that likes to communicate with others to get along well.
