Hey y’all! I’m looking for a roommate in Fayetteville (I go to the university). I’m trying to get out of my current lease and move into a house—I’ve found some really nice 3 bed / 2 bath options in the $1600–$1800 range. With one roommate, rent would be about $1k each, which is way cheaper than what I’m paying now.

I have a dog and a cat—both super friendly and good with other animals. I’m very clean and tidy. I personally don’t smoke or drink, but I don’t mind if you do. I’m also cool with friends over, music, etc.—just looking for someone respectful and easygoing.
