Hi. Looking in Utica or the valley, working in Herkimer 5x weekly day shift for now, and by end of summer it will be 3x weekly overnight (so I’ll sleep during the day 3x a week.)

I cook, I like an organized kitchen and I do have some kitchen equipment / tools that I like to use. I don’t eat a lot of takeout, so I keep staple foods on hand and do some weekly prep.

Other than that, I’m easy, clean. Single but dating, might have someone over 1-3x a week, rarely over night.

May have 2 vehicles on the road at some point here, let me know what the parking situation looks like.

Bonus if there’s a garage or basement with a little storage space for stuff, and a space for exercise equipment.
