Hi im looking for 600/mo to start, around hazlet or matawan, will expand to middletown i am very clean and quiet, sometimes i take calls on gaming but try to be quiet and respectful i play softball and work in the hazlet area i can raise the rent in summer months but sometimes in off season its a little tricky, will be looking for second job asap big hockey fan, wrestling too and i have a weird sleep schedule but it doesnt interfere with helping out if needed and doing chores etc i basically keep to myself, been trying to get out of my dads house so he can go wherever he wants to go
