I keep to myself. I have someone helping me 3 afternoons a week. I don’t go out all the time like a lot of people. I don’t usually go out for fast food because so much of it will have too much sugar or too much saturated fat and a lot of items on fast food menus are deep fried. I like to help people when I can.
