Joel

Hi there, ,my name is Joel. I am 39 years old, I have two daughters, 11&12 and reside in Olathe. I am currently looking for something temporary, 5-6 months and will be working to move into something permanent for my girls and I when they return back to school come mid August. My intent is to save money over these next few months. They will be at their Moms house majority of the time during this transition period, this is a room for me but I am looking for a space they will also be welcomed and feel comfortable at when they come over. This is important to me. I work in O.P. Monday-Friday, I take my youngest to school in the mornings that are too cold or rainy and pick them both up after school almost every day, I am clean (everything has a place and everything in its place) lol as my Mom would say, I love to cook, I love sports, I play Softball on Wednesday nights, my daughters also have sports so I will be chauffeuring them to and from those on a lot of evenings and weekends as well. I try to stay busy so the room and shared spaces/bathroom/kitchen etc. will be used for exactly what they are designed for. I won’t be in the way.
