I’m in my 40s and moved here recently for work. I keep things pretty simple—work during the week, low-key outside of that. Not into partying, don’t bring drama, and I’m not going to have random people coming and going all the time.

I’m clean, pay bills on time, and respect other people’s space. I’m easy to live with and pretty independent, but also easy to get along with. Just looking for a normal, quiet place where everyone does their thing and there aren’t any issues.
