I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep things lowkey, no big parties or drama and I’m happy to help keep the apartment calm and organized.

I work part-time in healthcare in NYC and will be working once I relocate officially to LA, so I’m usually on a schedule, but I’m friendly and open to hanging out sometimes. I pay my share of rent on time, communicate clearly, and just like a relaxed, comfortable place to come home to.
