Hi! My name is Eva Fletcher and I’m currently looking for a comfortable, positive place to call home. I’d describe myself as very friendly, easygoing, and genuinely respectful of other people’s space. I have a bubbly personality, but I’m also mindful of keeping a peaceful, drama-free environment good energy is really important to me. I’m a dedicated hairstylist with about seven years of experience, and I recently went back to school to complete my licensing so I can eventually open my own salon. I stay pretty busy with work and school, so I tend to keep a structured routine and take my responsibilities seriously and i also probably wont be home most of the time.

I’m very hardworking and independent, I’ve built everything I have on my own, my father and mother havent been very present or supportive since i turned 18 & i have not been living with either parents for a few years now which has taught me a lot about responsibility, consistency, and respect for others. I always make sure my bills are paid on time and that I follow through on commitments.

I’ve helped my grandmother care of her other grand child who went from being 2 to now 5 years old for the last like 2 years now, so I’m very patient, nurturing, and considerate of others. That experience has made me especially aware of being reliable and supportive when needed. As a housemate, I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m also a great cook and willing to help around alot !!!!! I’m not into partying or bringing chaos into the home—I really value a calm, safe, and comfortable living environment for everyone. I’d love to live somewhere where there’s mutual respect, good communication, and a positive atmosphere. Thank you so much for considering me!
