Hey! I’m Finnegan, recent grad from TCU and moving to Austin June 1st. Looking for 2–3 guys to find a place together near Riverside, South Shore, or East Austin.

Budget’s around $600–700/month each + split utilities. Fine with older apartments if it keeps rent reasonable.

About me: pretty clean and organized, easygoing, social on weekends and enjoy exploring the city, staying active, and I go to church regularly. Respectful of shared spaces and other people’s schedules.

Looking for guys in their early–mid 20s, recent grads or young professionals, just some people responsible with rent and easy to live with.
