Hello i am a 32 year old male African American who has been a ups supervisor 5 years.. currently laid off and my lease is up April 31st 2026. I really enjoy this community I’ve been around for 6 years And would love to stay in the area for the convenience of my daily needs. I’m a simple, considerate, introvert, and helpful if needed. I’m very mindful of rules and boundaries to respect others around me, to maintain a peaceful productive comfortable environment! I do have a service german Shepard who is trained and very friendly.
