Hi, My name is Marco. I’m a responsible, mature adult (59 years old) relocating temporarily for work in the Fort Lauderdale area. I will be working in the marine industry at a marina, starting around April 10th–12th. I am currently looking for a room on a month-to-month basis, ideally for 1 to 3 months, depending on how things develop with my new position. A couple of things are very important to me: A quiet and respectful environment, especially at night, as I need proper rest for work A safe place to park my vehicle My schedule will mostly be Monday through Friday. I live in Orlando, so I would typically arrive Sunday night and leave Friday, meaning I won’t be around on weekends. I am clean, respectful, and easy to get along with.
