Hi! I am looking to split rent with someone else so that I can have a place to stay while I am attending Santa Barbara City College for the 2026-2027 school year. I am very clean and respectful of others and their belongings. I can be both energetic and quiet, and am willing to help out around the house/apartment. I have not secured a job in Santa Barbara quite yet, but while I am looking I will have FAFSA money. I am saving up in the meantime through doing yard work, so I will have money before FAFSA provides me with anything. I am okay with any house rules and/or accommodations.
