I’m a sober 22 year old professional who values and respects my space as well as others’, am incredibly reliable both financially and as a person, and prioritizes solid communication and boundaries. Beyond that, I work a 4/10 5am-3:30pm Tuesday-Friday schedule and like to stay clean and organized. I also love board and card games, so you get a bonus gaming buddy and reliable roommate in one!

I’m comfortable with a co-ed or same-orientation living situation, but I will be needing my own room. I’m open to teaming up and finding a good mutual living situation. I’m happy to meet up and discuss things before locking things in.
