Single mom, have my daughters 50% of the time and have a friendly 6 yo Brittany Spaniel and few scaley friends as well. Looking to live in close proximity to CLARA in midtown as my oldest daughter dances there.

Hoping to find a housemate who is clean, responsible and kind. We love plants, animals, crafts, music, food and choose to enjoy the positive aspects of life. Do you dance at Sacramento ballet?! Maybe we could keep the living room spacious enough for dancing or putting down yoga mats? ;)

I would be looking to take 2 rooms (one for me and one for my kids when they’re with me). My girls are quirky and intelligent and I aim to teach them how to self-motivate and be kind and compassionate. We love to laugh and spend time crafting. We can make a mess and make some noise but we’re good about cleaning up after ourselves and respecting common spaces.
