Mari Pohlhaus

I am actually looking on behalf of one of my intellectually handicapped neighbors. Michael has been living in Stockley Garden for 27 years at the same apartment since his traumatic brain injury due to a car accident in 1999. He does not have an electronic presence, but was my Gardner for many years. His landlord is kicking him out so that he can convert Michael’s efficiency apartment into an Airbnb… Admittedly illegal… But he’s doing it nonetheless so that he can charge more for the unit as it is only 1/2 block from EVMS/CHKD on Raleigh Avenue. Michael’s speech is quite fluid however he has a hard time with memory so he has absolutely no computer skills or computer or electronic presence. Hence the reason why I Mari his neighbor is writing this on behalf of him. He is friendly, absolutely honest, quiet. As he has lifted against for many many years, he has many neighborhood friends who can vouch for his character. As he is 68 years old in April, he has no children no girlfriend no baggage no wife. He has never been married. He has been on medical/TBI SS disability since 1999. He is very strong, not physically handicapped and rides his bicycle everywhere.
