Looking in Huber Heights or near. Just need private room or and either access to private or shared bathroom and kitchen. It will be just me for now until David arrives around the end of Summer. We’ll just keep to ourselves. I have excellent repor with current landlord. We don’t party, smoke, drink or do drugs of any kind. Have my own bedroom suite (king, dresser, and chest of drawers. I use my 65“ tv as my computer monitor. Need high-speed internet for David’s work. Will invest or share cost because it’s two of us instead of just me. We have one car.
