Hey, me and my Fiancé are renting out 2 rooms because we have so much space. The price is $950 because everything in the house is included to use as well.

• There are 4 bathrooms (3 have showers).
• A furnished basement with a gym, kitchen, walk in shower + toilet, and slide door that leads outside for entering/exiting purposes.
• A balcony next to the 2nd floor kitchen.
• Ceiling fans in every room.
• Utilities are included in the rent. We are 4/20 friendly, we just ask for no cigarette smoke in the house, you are more than welcomed to go out on the balcony. For this being a private property there is parking available. We’re also opened to help furnish the bedrooms, couples, and pets (additional fee for animals).
