Pretty easy going guy and generally keep to myself. I do have 2 daughters who may visit though not often. I work as a superintendent as well as a project engineer. This line of work means I could be working remote one month and on site out of town the next. I also have a girlfriend whom I will be visiting at her place frequently so there will be many nights or evenings I wont be around. I try to stay in shape and like to do my workouts at home. These are fairly low impact and are either achieved with a kettlebell or body weight. I will keep these workouts to outdoor areas. I do have 1 dog, a female German Shepard who is extremely loving and sweet. She gets along well with other dogs and loves to play.
