Hey! I’m a low voltage technician working in the field, so I’m often out of town for days at a time — meaning you’ll have the place to yourself pretty regularly. When I am home, I’m pretty low-key. I like cracking a beer and gaming, and I’m not the type to be up in your space. I keep things clean, pay on time, and just need a solid place to land between jobs. No drama, easy to live with.
