I’m currently in a place that’s fairly close to my main job and I pay $700 for all utilities included. Just shopping around for other options.

I work overnights in my two jobs, and work almost every day of the week. So my usual sleep schedule is from 6 AM to 2 PM. I don’t mind what happens during that time when I’m asleep, as long as it’s nothing along the lines of banging pots in the kitchen or playing loud drums.

I have been living on my own and with others for about 11 years and have had a successful record with payments, cleanliness, and hygiene. References can be provided upon request.
