Madison & Sean

Hi! We’re Madison and Sean, both 24 (Madison turning 25 soon), a married couple looking for a long-term, stable living situation. We’re both working—Madison is a paraprofessional, tutor, and graphic designer, and Sean currently works in food service while actively searching for a new opportunity. During the week, we’re typically out of the house for most of the day due to work.

We’d describe ourselves as respectful, communicative, and easygoing roommates. We really value a peaceful home environment and do our best to be mindful of shared spaces. We’re generally on the quieter side, though we’re friendly and enjoy getting to know the people we live with. We’re happy to hang out and build a positive roommate relationship, but we also respect everyone’s need for personal space.

Cleanliness is important to us, and we aim to maintain a clean, comfortable environment by cleaning as we go and sharing responsibilities. We typically split chores in a flexible routine, especially since we occasionally have to work around chronic illness flare days. That said, we always prioritize communication and accountability to make sure everything gets handled.

One of our biggest strengths as roommates is communication—we believe in addressing things early, calmly, and respectfully rather than letting issues build. We really value honesty, kindness, and mutual respect in a shared home.

We also have two cats, Artemis and Athena. They are very sweet, litter-trained, and well cared for. We stay on top of pet responsibilities and keep their space clean.

In terms of lifestyle, we respect quiet hours, keep noise levels down (especially at night), and are very mindful of others’ comfort. We don’t smoke and would need a smoke-free indoor environment. We also prefer a low-alcohol environment. We’re very considerate when it comes to shared living expectations, including giving notice for guests and respecting boundaries.

Overall, we’re just looking for a calm, respectful, and supportive home where everyone feels comfortable. We do our best to contribute positively to the household and would love to find roommates who value the same kind of environment.
