I’m seeking for an unfurnished room in or close to Torrance, month to month. Preferably female, especially if sharing a bathroom. Friendly, but private, do unto others type seeking same. I’m very busy during the day, but will want to retreat to private room at my discretion. Clean, respectful, not much of a cook. Prefer clean living arrangements. Non-smoker, non-drinker, but enjoy life. Parking and laundry would be ideal, but not necessary. Excellent credit and references upon request.
