Hey! I’m starting medical school in august and am looking to live near south garden. Im trying to live in an already furnished apartment closer to the school and hospital as I wont have a car for my first year of school. I have looked up one and it will be 1200-1300$/roommate. It only has 2 rooms. It’s an apartment home. I will be spending most of my time studying but will try to keep life somewhat balanced. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty low-maintenance as a roommate. I enjoy good conversations, the occasional chill night, and keeping a peaceful home environment. Ideally looking for someone who’s responsible, communicative, and values a clean, relaxed space.
