Hi i’m chris, nice to meet you, to whom it may concern 😀! First off , I am a very tidy and clean roommate. I take other people’s considerations before my own. I clean up after myself, and others if need be. Call it OCD, but I want the place im living to be presentable. I guess you can attribute that to the Marine Corps. I will go out of my way to help others in need especially if you are my roommate. That being said, I also am very considerate if you need your space. Money wise.I already have a check every month.That will pay the rent plus whatever I make from my job.So money won’t be a problem.
