Hi there! I’m looking for a room where I can settle into a quiet routine. I’m 32 and very big on respect and manners; I treat my home and my roommates with the same care I’d give family. I’m a very ‘low-impact’ roommate—I don’t drink, smoke, or host parties, and I prefer a home that stays peaceful.
